• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, employee documentation, or onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of employee documentation management and HR record keeping.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with multiple locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.

Looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding & Documentation Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and maintain employee documentation for both new joiners and existing employees across corporate office and site locations. he role will primarily focus on ensuring that all employee records, joining documents, and compliance-related documentation are properly collected, verified, updated, and maintained in an organized and audit-ready manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end documentation for new employee onboarding at corporate office and site locations.
• Ensure complete collection, verification, and maintenance of joining documents such as ID proofs, address proofs, educational certificates, experience letters, bank details, statutory forms, and other HR records.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and digital records for both new and existing employees.
• Coordinate with site teams and department heads to ensure timely submission and updating of employee documentation.
• Track and follow up for pending employee documents and ensure completion within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure records are audit-ready and easily retrievable.
• Update and maintain employee information in HR systems and internal documentation trackers.
• Support HR compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and record management across locations.
• Prepare documentation status reports and trackers for HR management review.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee records and sensitive information.
