Job Title - Shift Chemist
📍 Location: Dahej, Gujarat
📌 Qualifications:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E in Chemical Engineering
1–3 years of experience
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for analysis
Conduct laboratory testing and ensure accurate results
Develop and improve analytical methods and processes
Monitor product quality during manufacturing stages
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards
Maintain proper documentation of test results and reports
Coordinate with production team for process validation
Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
Perform calibration of lab instruments and equipment
Support product development and improvement initiatives
Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and safety in laboratory environment
Participate in audits and quality checks
Provide technical inputs for process optimization
