Job Title - QA/QC Executive / Officer

📌 Qualifications:
M.Sc Chemistry
4–5 years of experience
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain laboratory quality systems
Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure compliance
Analyze quality data and recommend improvements
Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Train staff on quality procedures and standards
Maintain documentation and records
Perform pre-dispatch inspections
Ensure adherence to GMP and quality guidelines
Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with production and other departments
Ensure timely quality reporting
Monitor and improve quality performance
Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration
Support certification and compliance audits
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
