The Project Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading a team of project engineers to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective project execution. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success. Specialized in Pipe fitting projects.
• Execute and supervise fire protection system projects as per approved drawings and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Handle manpower planning, site inspections and installation activities of firefighting, sprinkler and hydrant systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare site reports, billing details, material planning and project documentation.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of fire protection systems will be preferred.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local fire regulations and industrial safety procedures.
• Knowledge of Firefighting system installation.
• Manage site-related activities.
• Communicate with Clients and Vendors.
• Must be experienced in piping work (MS/GI).
• Has to supervise the fabrication team and achieve the target.
• Lead and mentor the team of Project Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and raise red flags proactively to mitigate project risks and delays.
• Provide technical support and guidance during project execution to resolve on-site challenges.
• Monitor and review the progress of sites during execution to ensure adherence to design, quality, and schedule.
• Conduct regular site visits and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address technical concerns.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
