Job Title - Area Sales Manager – Vadodara & South Gujarat
Reporting To: Head of PPE Business
We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of PPE and industrial safety products across Vadodara and South Gujarat (Surat / Vapi region). The role requires experience in industrial and EPC project sales, dealer management, and key account handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales from industrial, EPC, and project-based clients
• Promote PPE products through site visits, demos, and presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and execute sales strategies
• Build, manage, and expand dealer / distributor network
• Handle and grow key customer accounts
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Maintain basic sales reports and forecasts
Qualification & Requirement
• DME / DCE / Any Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
• 3–6 years experience in B2B sales (PPE / fire safety / industrial products preferred)
• Experience working with industrial or EPC projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
