Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fall Protection to take complete ownership of working-at-height projects, covering areas such as roofing, scaffolding, fall arrest solutions, safety barriers/railings, and associated site installation activities.

The position will be responsible for managing projects right from initial handover through final completion, with a strong focus on timelines, project costs, quality, safety, risk management, and client coordination. The role will play an important part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within agreed commercial and execution parameters.

Key Responsibilities
Develop project execution strategies, work plans, and schedules for roofing, scaffolding, and other working-at-height projects, ensuring timely completion and effective control of schedule deviations.
Monitor project milestones and progress regularly, identify potential delays, and implement corrective action or revised execution plans wherever required.
Take ownership of project budgets and cost tracking, comparing planned versus actual expenditure and ensuring efficient use of manpower, materials, and other project resources.
Monitor project sales, billing, payments, and collections while supporting project-level profitability and P&L tracking in line with agreed scope and commercial commitments.
Ensure site activities meet defined quality standards and approved processes, while reducing rework and maintaining strict compliance with applicable safety requirements.
Assess potential project risks related to safety, timelines, cost, execution, and client expectations. Maintain appropriate risk and issue tracking and ensure timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
Prepare and share regular project updates, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports with management and relevant client stakeholders.
Ensure effective coordination between site teams, office functions, and clients to maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage site manpower, including company employees, supervisors, and contract workforce. Plan manpower requirements, monitor productivity, and address operational or team-related issues effectively.
Work closely with procurement, design/engineering, and EHS teams to ensure execution follows approved drawings, working-at-height safety practices, PPE requirements, and applicable statutory guidelines.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
6–10 years of relevant project management experience in working-at-height solutions, roofing, scaffolding, industrial safety, infrastructure, or construction project execution.

Skills & Competencies
Practical understanding of fall protection systems, working-at-height solutions, roofing and scaffolding practices, and related safety equipment/standards.
Strong capability in project planning, budgeting, cost monitoring, and MIS/report preparation.
Hands-on experience in site execution with the ability to effectively manage contractors, vendors, supervisors, and project teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage clients and multiple project stakeholders.
Good understanding of safety practices, statutory requirements, and compliance applicable to height work and roofing activities.
Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India
